By applying to or participating in the Offline Peptides Affiliate Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These standards exist to protect Offline Peptides, our partners, and our customers. Failure to comply may result in suspension or termination of affiliate status and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.
Program Overview
Affiliate Eligibility and Approval
- All affiliate applications are reviewed manually.
- Approval is granted at the sole discretion of Offline Peptides.
- Approval is based on alignment, not audience size.
- Offline Peptides reserves the right to revoke affiliate status at any time
Commission Structure
- Standard commission rate: 20 percent per qualifying order
- Cookie window: 30 days
- Commissions are earned when a purchase is completed within the cookie window following a
referral link click. - Discount codes are optional and provided only to select affiliates.
- Commission stacking with other promotions is not permitted.
All commissions are subject to review prior to payout.
Prohibited Claims and Language
Affiliates may not:
- Make medical, therapeutic, or treatment claims
- Use language such as treats, cures, prevents, or heals
- Provide dosing instructions, protocols, or usage recommendations
- Present products as supplements, drugs, or medical therapies
- Share before and after claims or results-based guarantees
- Use fear-based, misleading, or exaggerated marketing
All affiliate content must remain educational and research-oriented.
Required Disclaimers and Disclosures
Affiliates must:
- Use all required disclaimers provided by Offline Peptides
- Clearly disclose affiliate relationships in compliance with FTC guidelines
Disclosures must be clear, visible, and not hidden.
Advertising and Promotion Restrictions
Affiliates may not:
- Run paid ads using the Offline Peptides brand name or variations
- Bid on Offline Peptides trademarks in search or social ads
- Register domains or social handles containing Offline Peptides branding
- Represent themselves as employees or owners of Offline Peptides
Affiliates may share approved links through organic content, email, social media, podcasts, blogs,
and educational platforms.
Use of Affiliate Links and Codes
- Affiliates may only use their assigned referral links and approved codes.
- Links may not be altered or used deceptively.
- Offline Peptides reserves the right to disable links or codes at any time.
Monitoring, Enforcement, and Termination
Offline Peptides reserves the right to:
- Monitor affiliate activity and content
- Reject or reverse commissions associated with non-compliant behavior
- Suspend or terminate affiliate accounts without prior notice
- Withhold unpaid commissions in cases of violation
Payment Terms
- Commissions are paid monthly after review and approval.
- Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate payment information.
Agreement Acceptance
By submitting an affiliate application and participating in the program, you acknowledge that you have
read, understood, and agree to comply with these Affiliate Terms and Compliance Rules.
