Affiliate FAQ
Do customers get a discount when they use my link?
No. Affiliate links do not require a discount. Customers pay normal retail price, and you still earn
commission.
What is the commission rate?
20 percent per qualifying order.
What is a cookie window?
A cookie window is the amount of time we remember that you referred a customer. For Offline
Peptides, the cookie window is 30 days.
Do I earn commission if the customer buys later?
Yes. As long as the purchase happens within 30 days of clicking your referral link, the sale is credited
to you. The customer does not need to use a discount code.
How is attribution handled if multiple affiliates are involved?
Last-click attribution. The most recent affiliate link clicked within the cookie window receives credit.
How and when are commissions paid?
Commissions are reviewed and paid monthly after approval.
How do I track my clicks and commissions?
You can log into your affiliate dashboard at any time to view clicks, referrals, and commissions.
Can I use a discount code?
Discount codes are optional and provided only to select affiliates. You do not need a discount code to
earn commission.
Do I need to disclose that I am an affiliate?
Yes. FTC disclosure is required on affiliate content. Disclosures must be clear and easy to see.
Can I run paid ads?
No. Affiliates may not run paid ads using the Offline Peptides brand name or variations.
What kind of content can I share?
Educational content is encouraged, including long-form explanations, blog posts, newsletters,
podcasts, and responsible social content. No medical claims and no dosing instructions.
What happens if I violate the rules?
Violations may result in reversed commissions, suspension, termination, and forfeiture of unpaid
commissions.
