Research Materials Notice
All products sold by Offline Peptides are intended strictly for research use only. Due to the sensitive nature of research materials and the inability to verify handling, storage, or environmental conditions after delivery, returns are not accepted.
All sales are considered final unless otherwise required by law.
Replacement Eligibility
While returns are not accepted, Offline Peptides may provide a replacement product under limited circumstances if a verified issue occurred during fulfillment or shipping.
Replacement requests may be considered for the following situations.
- The product arrived damaged during shipping.
- The incorrect product was shipped.
- The item received does not match the listed product description or Certificate of Analysis (COA).
All requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Reporting an Issue
If you believe your order qualifies for a replacement review, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

- Clear photographs of the product and packaging, if applicable.
Failure to report issues within the 7-day window may result in the request being denied.
Product Testing Claims
Claims related to purity, composition, or fill weight must be supported by independent third-party laboratory testing performed by a recognized analytical laboratory.
Offline Peptides reserves the right to review and evaluate any such claims prior to issuing a replacement or resolution.
Replacement Process
If a replacement request is approved.
- A replacement product may be issued at the discretion of Offline Peptides.
- Additional documentation may be requested before approval.
- In certain cases, the original product may be requested for inspection.
Replacement decisions are made solely at the discretion of Offline Peptides.
Shipping Issues
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Offline Peptides is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.
If a shipment is lost or damaged in transit, we will assist in opening a claim with the shipping carrier.
Risk of Loss
Ownership and responsibility for products transfer to the customer once the order has been delivered to the shipping carrier. Offline Peptides is not responsible for delays, losses, or damage caused by the shipping carrier once the shipment has been accepted and scanned into the carrier’s system.
Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Customers agree that by completing a purchase on this website, they have read and agreed to all policies published on this site, including the Terms and Conditions, Research Use Notice, and Refund and Replacement Policy. These policies constitute the agreed terms of the transaction.
Customers are encouraged to contact us directly to resolve any concerns before initiating a payment dispute.
Initiating a chargeback for a fulfilled order without first attempting resolution with Offline Peptides may result in the following actions.
- Permanent account suspension.
- Refusal of future service.
- Submission of documentation to the payment processor disputing the chargeback.
Policy Enforcement
Offline Peptides reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or limit future purchases from customers who abuse refund requests, replacement requests, or chargeback procedures.
